Secretlab is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium seating solutions; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item within 49 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our support team through the official Secretlab SG help center to submit your return request and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Review and Approval

  Our support specialists will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Disassemble the product and pack it securely into its original box, ensuring all components are included before shipping it back to our local Singapore warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the item for any damages; upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
