How long does shipping take within Singapore?
For in-stock items, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched from our local warehouse.
Do Secretlab chairs come with a warranty?
Yes, all Secretlab chairs come with a 3-year limited warranty, which can be extended to 5 years through our Warranty Extension Program.
Can I request for assembly services?
While our chairs are designed for easy self-assembly with included tools, we do offer professional assembly services for a flat fee at checkout for Singapore addresses.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 49-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
